I take photos almost everyday. If I go through my photo album, I can tell everything that happened in a year. On December 10, 2015, I took this photo. I was rushing home to a sick child. I didn’t take any photos for days after that. Our son died early the next morning.

Climate change has caused storm intensities so high that the 100-year storm is now roughly the 25-year storm. Over-urbanization has only contributed to the increased water velocities and pollution. Providing adequate storm facilities for these events is an unattainable dream.
