WDR proteins are a large, druggable, and underexplored target class with strong disease associations. @HalabelianLab just released several WDR structures in complex with inhibitors, which were identified using DEL-ML, in collaboration with @Relay_Tx, @XChemInc and @Google.


Exciting to share that our DCAF1 manuscript is now available online. It was great collaborating with the OICR team to advance this molecule into a nanomolar affinity DCAF1 ligand.

A cool approach utilizing the DEL technology and #MachineLearning models for the discovery and cellular target engagement of the first nanomolar DCAF1 ligand. This is a great example of collaborative science between @OICR_news, @Relay_Tx and the SGC. pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
