Aidan finally launched his L2 two-stage Kuiper with @Tripolihouston today. He lost a fin and camera due to a hard landing from a failed chute release, but all motors and electronics worked perfect. The livery represents @ClearSpringsHS and @TAMU. Overall a great success!
We've been foiled by the weather again! We're hoping there's a September launch before the field closes for the hunting season. Aidan is really wanting to launch his L2 two-stage!

My first fiberglass rocket (3") is ready for flight. I'm showing it next to a Zephyr (4") for scale.
My former team blew up a 6" O motor at IREC last month and caused a really neat pressure wave Thanks to @NASASpaceflight for the footage
Aidan took his first L2 level 2-stage rocket to the local club launch for inspection by a TAP member. 1 small tweak to prep for launch and a couple tips to improve his next builds. Overall it got a good review for his first build of this size.
Successfully ground testing of my BP charges for Viper 2. My motor arrived today, too. I'm ready for my next 5K attempt in July!
I think we're going to try Cesaroni motors.
Both my 1-Mile and my son's Mach 1 (L1) attempts might be delayed due to no one having the necessary AeroTech motors available. I think his 2-Stage (L2) launch might be delayed, too. I sure hope AeroTech is able to ramp up production soon. ๐
