A reminder that technology has more impact of what is efficiently being improved over what is only being seen by consumers. The internet is mostly transporting data. Very little of it is presented to human eyes.

I'm losing interest if your post ends with "lesson?". Lesson?

Serious Question. Why is scheduling missing on the X iOS app but is available on web mobile? Seems strange and took me a good few minutes to find the delta.

How did you start programming? For me, it was wanting to build things I knew could exist. Projects drove the learning.

It’s cool that SD cards are just SPI connected (and also SDIO / UHS). But the fact you can just slap on some SPI wires and go just somehow never really balances in my brain.

One thing I keep thinking is, how many people will be ready? We'd have to start training groups of people now to be astronauts on mars right away to hit this timeline. This isn't a thing I'm saying can't be done. But it is something that has to be done NOW. How do you workout…

Hopefully, there will be a thriving base on Mars in 15 years!

I like X because you find out people are very passionately against using things you use every day. And honestly? I kinda like it. Makes me question, why did I choose what I'm doing? It might be right for me, but I like to see why other people do what they do and why they do it.…

Title: “Solo! Can you hear me?” Just finished "Wool" the first of the books that were used in the TV series Silo by @hughhowey AI Helpers @midjourney and @LeonardoAi_

More ant-based computer thoughts. I've always been fascinated by the interplay of high-speed neurological connections and the slower-speed hormonal data transfers in our own biology. What would this look like as a computer architecture? @midjourney @LeonardoAi_

What would a biological computer made of ants look like? Sci-fi explorations. Logic gates in multiple dimensions and can dynamically change their states where each node can think. Explorations of "Children of time" (book) with @midjourney and @LeonardoAi_

I haven’t had issues with excepting the first full charge it got warm. I’m keeping an eye on it

So apparently the iPhone 15 Pro has about 1mm of titanium rails bonded to the aluminum inner frame of the phone. With the estimate from @ZacksJerryRig being that each phone has roughly $30 worth of grade 5 titanium in it. While this is a very impressive piece of hardware,…

Tests are a touchy subject. Usually, people hate them because they generally embody everything a developer has to struggle against. Top down. Outcome only. Meet it or die. I've recently rewritten my test stack to make it much easier to add things that I as a developer want to…

I only had an issue when doing my first full charge. Even then it was slightly warm. Haven’t had any issues other than that. Have done a few restarts and done some other testing. Will keep a close eye on it. #iPhone15ProMax

iPhone 15 Pro Max Heating issues👇🏽 On my end, there has been none of it. Weird because most people seem to be claiming that their phones get really hot. Makes me wonder why that is and why im not experiencing it. Thoughts? 🫠 Feel free to share your experiences! 🙏🏽
