Great Job!!! 2 weeks ago our colleague Philip received his long service award @Calderdale Council. Phil has worked @ISCAL_ for 27 years & seen many changes & embraced them all. He is an integral part of the team, welcomes everyone with his smile and great conversation.
All 3 machines lined up ready for collection. Shame to see them go, but the space will be filled with ISCAL's new plans.
Machines being moved to the loading bay for collection. Russell & Duncan have been doing the maintenance on our machines for 40+ years.
One of the first changes is to reconfigure the factory space. This machine will be leaving ISCAL after being a major component for over 50 years. This is one of 3 Kiess & Gerlach machines we are getting rid of which were made in 1926. Bye Bye

SUCCESS!!! Jabeen volunteered as a cleaner for a few weeks & then transitioned onto our 6 month paid internship programme. She has now told us she has been offered 2 jobs, 1 in a school & 1 in retail. We are so happy for her. #supportedemployment #internships #skills #resilient
