UNA-UK is deeply disappointed that MPs approved the cut to UK aid despite significant cross-party opposition. 🇬🇧 committed to the @UN target of 0.7% in 1970. It took 43 years to reach it. In 2015 it was enshrined into law by the Conservative government. una.org.uk/news/una-uk-st…

Hard not to conclude that the integrated review's proposed shift in priorities died before it even began. The cuts appear to have, if anything, disproportionately fallen on agendas the IR said were a priority like atrocity prevention
