Veterans’ access to health care options should be the main priority of the Veterans’ ACCESS Act, whether it be through the @DeptVetAffairs or Community Care. However, changes to the Senate’s legislation remove these options through an eight-year sunset provision.
Thank you @MarshaBlackburn for advocating for the ACCESS Act. I live 250 miles a way from an actual VHA hospital, and our local VHA Outpatient clinics are limited in services provided, so ACCESS Act is truly imperative to my community.
Thank you, @MarshaBlackburn, for standing with our veterans. The Senate must make the Community Care provision in the Veterans’ ACCESS Act permanent. Veterans took an oath that doesn’t expire; their health care options shouldn’t expire either.
