It's hilarious to read these comments after MAGA spent much of the Biden years running to the same district court judge in Texas, hoping to get exactly the same kind of nationwide injunctions that they now condemn. Judicial review for me, but not for thee.
There are nearly 700 unelected district court judges. If the most extremist of these judges on any given day decides he is in charge of the executive branch then Article II, democracy and government itself cannot function.
