Excited to share our new paper on primary cilia in the brain! 🧠 We used advanced #EM volumes from #connectomics to study primary cilia structure and location in mouse visual cortex. They’re not just in neurons but also in astrocytes and OPCs! (1/2)

In our new preprint, we reported that endogenous YAP condensates are sensitive to Hippo pathway and cytoskeleton regulations. We also used single molecule tracking to find out that YAP condensates are viscous hubs that can slow down YAP diffusion. Congrats @SiyuanHao99 et al
