Florida has retired 50% of its total debt since Ron DeSantis took office. This is MASSIVE. More proof that Governor Desantis policies work.
This is one reason to eliminate property taxes on the personal/homestead residences of FL citizens. The investment properties would still be subject to property taxes so it would make personal home ownership more attractive than buying homes for AirBnB rentals, etc.
Do you think there should be limits on the number of homes you earn income from via rent/stays whether it’s a business or person? Whats the point of increasing inventory if they keep being bought up by the same entities?
