Pt. 5. I have been talking with @Carvana to get them to take back this lemon, but they are refusing. And get this, they won’t pay out any more claims to fix the suspension, if I intended on keeping it. Which I don’t. So, where to go from here?
Pt. 4. @Carvana so I’ve been trying pretty much since I bought the vehicle to get it fixed and safe for my family, to no avail. The shop here even troubleshot directly with Mini and Mini is at a loss. Sure sounds a lot like a lemon that never should have been sold.
Pt. 3. @Carvana before they could get the parts in from Mini, we moved to Roswell, NM. Where only one shop takes Silver Rock. We took it in there numerous times from Sept. to now and they replaced various components. Including the motor mounts, that I had to show them were bad.
Pt. 2. @Carvana the suspension, but did note the clunk. A month later, I had another shop look at the suspension as the noise was getting worse. Again, Noted the issue but couldn’t pinpoint it. Next month I had the first tech look at it again. Recommended replacing end links.
Pt. 1. Do not buy a car from @Carvana. Let me tell you all my story. I bought a 2017 Mini Cooper in May of last year and bought the Silver Rock warranty. A month later I had to have the car looked at for suspension noise and battery not charging. Tech couldn’t find a problem with
