as a young adult who have both physical and learning disability plus a speech impairment these findings are really worrying to me and this inequalities should not been happening! in 2025 things needs to change and we need to give appropriate treatment at the right time!

Disabled people who get UC (or income related ESA) aren't even able to try and save for vital equipment/aids/adaptations... Because they'll get their benefits taken away from them. Many of these adaptations etc... cost more than the savings thresholds. It's a disgusting system.

Any assisted dying bill should also include an assisted living component ensuring access to a thriving wage, regardless of ability to work, and high quality social care and palliative care.
