I know you’ve had some issues of late @marksandspencer - but first EVRI say they’ve delivered on Tuesday - then I tell you they haven’t. Then you tell me it will be delivered… Yesterday. Just refund me and get your shit together
seeing an email with the words ‘your parcel is now with Evri’ is a fate worse than death
@SimplyBeUK Hi I paid for next day order and it didn’t arrive the next day but the one after. I am now having to return the item as it arrived too late. As the lateness if yours/ Evri fault with that £5.99 shipment charge also be refunded
I don’t know what they are up to today as they posted a photo on their app at 9pm tonight of some random home where they say they tried to deliver but couldn’t , after saying earlier they couldn’t deliver today & then changing to delivery would be 7pm tonight 9pm
Of course, the saga is not over. Wayfair emailed me this morning to say a replacement is on the way (so #EVRI haven't told them the original has finally been delivered?). I have cancelled it online but am resigning myself to this dragging on ... 🙄
@Evri_Com Is there a way to talk to a human being at your company? I've had a parcel delivered to my home that doesn't belong to me. I want to be able to get it to the right person or back to the company. Your phone menu is too narrow, help please.

@SHEIN_Official please Don’t Give anyone an only option for Evri for returns they lose the parcels all the time over £100 worth of stuff returned & I’m running out of time before the orders close & you have the parcel and I’ve defo sent them off but they’re not scanning it in

Delivery company (Evri) never contacted the customers and get signatures. Delivery people just throw parcels outside the doors (or buildings, even on the street). They just took pictures as so-called evidences. They never mind whether these parcels have been received. Corrupt!
