I wish I knew 10 years ago that I could know everything about sports medicine if I had just decided to become a coach. Would have saved me so much money in schooling.

Dislocating your knee (always an emergency) and dislocating your knee cap (usually non-emergent) are VERY different injuries and are not interchangeable in conversation. Thanks for coming to my TEDtalk.

Please help my team and I raise money for a program called Reid Bravo. Reid Bravo collects money for breast cancer awareness and helps those who can’t afford check-ups/mammograms! You can donate directly or you can sponsor me or one of my teammates! Like and share please!!

I'm elated that #Hamlin recovery has been so great. Im also appreciative that #Kellington responded so quickly w good #CPR that saved his brain as well as his body. But if everyone is going to sing the praises of #AthleticTrainers then someone also needs to raise their avg pay.

Training rooms around the NFL are filled with some of the best people you will ever meet. Long hours of serving others. Special people 🙏

One hero who should be recognized here: Last night, I was told the work of Bills assistant athletic trainer Denny Kellington in administering CPR to Damar Hamlin on Monday was absolutely vital. The speed and skill with which he and others reacted = A huge difference-maker.

Denny Kellington a REAL LIFE HERO. He performed CPR on Damar Hamlin on the field and was crucial in saving his life.

If you didn’t think Athletic Trainers were important for vital to sports, I hope this situation has changed your feelings about that. This is why Athletic Trainers, trained health care professionals are needed at all sporting events.

This is why certified athletic trainers are NOT negotiable. High school sideline or NFL sideline.

Intentionally trying to sabotage a high school coach’s career & livelihood because YOU believe he should be starting your son is absolutely freakin’ pathetic… Worst part is circumstances like that happen more often than you might think.
