Anxiety and Depression tried to break me. Now I’m building an unbreakable mind & body. Follow for tips to conquer fear and become your best self.

Saying "I should be further along by now" is just another way of avoiding the work. Your timeline isn't behind—your expectations are unrealistic. Progress beats perfection every time.

You know that thing you've been putting off because "what if I fail"? What if you succeed? What if you're actually as capable as that quiet voice inside keeps trying to tell you?

The difference between successful men and stuck men: Successful men feel the fear and act anyway. Stuck men wait for the fear to disappear first. Spoiler: it never does.

That promotion you didn't apply for because you "weren't ready"? Someone less qualified got it. While you were preparing to be perfect, they were being brave. Ready is a choice, not a feeling.

Your potential is suffocating under your need for permission. Stop waiting for someone else to tell you it's okay to be great. The approval you're seeking has to come from within first.

I spent years perfecting the art of being invisible. Nodding along, agreeing with everything, never rocking the boat. Turns out, people respect you more when you actually have opinions.

Being the smartest person in the room means nothing if you're too scared to speak up. Intelligence without courage is just expensive anxiety. Your ideas deserve to be heard.

The voice saying "you're not good enough" isn't wisdom—it's fear protecting itself. Every time you prove it wrong, it gets quieter. Start collecting evidence against your own doubt.

Stop making your problems your personality. I'm not saying pretend you don't have struggles - but don't let them define your entire identity. You are not your anxiety. You are not your depression. You are a person who experiences these things.

The only way to overcome fear is to allow yourself to feel it. No shame, no guilt, no self-criticism. Yes, your feelings matter. Yes, you should feel them. That doesn't mean you let them control your decisions.
