Currently on a lack of sleep. Went #ladyprojectsummit on about 3 hours of sleep (my own doing) 100% blaming the anxious mind and the depressed heart, i needed a few hours of binge watching sitcoms. So after the long inspiring day, probably one of the best days Ive had in 6 years.
The #LadyProjectSummit had many workshops on self care and mind over matter, inspiring words, affirmations .... everything I struggle with, that I’m learning to embrace more and more.
What really made me feel comfortable was the fact that everyone was so comfortable, vulnerable, nonjudgmental, supportive and just all around, very like minded individuals. #ladyprojectsummit
