Complaining that a movement aimed at protecting women, effects men negatively, tells me you're one of the men women need protection from.
I don't know you notice this but being exclusively for women, paints men as bad people, makes men who can help shy away, and will attract men-hating women as well.
Men know what sexual harassment is, they just don't care about it happening to women.
