Much of these interviews contained Nigerian Pidgin and the Vietnamese editor had trouble transcribing subtitles 😆. The project brought in some Nigerian specialists to translate 🌈 The internet makes the distance between local and global smaller.

On working with/in a multicultural team "Communication is perhaps the most visible manifestation of culture. Multicultural teams encounter differences in communication in language, context, and candor. And yes, language is clearly the highest barrier to communication.
