The worst part for the Jays? I think they’re 2 years away from a rebuild. Bichette, Bassitt, Scherzer & Seranthony are gone. Springer is 37, Gausmann is 36, the Santander contract is horrible. A few good young guys but no superstars on the way. This was their chance.

Gotta keep it 💯 I’ve always liked the Jays as a 🇨🇦, but the fans this postseason were annoying as hell. Beginning with the Mariners series. With that being said, Toronto did their best Toronto impression, losing in heartbreaking fashion after having a lead in Game 7 Welp.

So now scoring fewer runs than your opponent means losing? Losing is being dominated. Not winning isn’t the same as losing — the Blue Jays just had bad luck. L.A. didn’t win; nobody sees L.A. as the winner. People actually respect the Blue Jays more after this game.
