I’m excited to announce that the TMC has received support to conduct an open rank (tenure-track or midcareer) cluster hire of 3-5 investigators interested in unraveling features of the tumor microenvironment to propel the understanding and treatment of cancer. 2/
Flagship #ML paper from my lab now out in @naturemethods. SLIDE, an interpretable latent factor regression approach, has unique statistical guarantees. Can analyze #multiomic datasets (bulk, sc, spatial etc) to provide inference beyond prediction (1/2). nature.com/articles/s4159…
