New fitness classes have launched today (Weds 18 Sept) in Up Hatherley, Leckhampton and St Pauls #Cheltenham for older adults. The weekly classes, delivered by Fit for Life, aim to improve strength and balance, reducing the risk of frailty, falls, and social isolation.
