This is 20 year old Saif Musallet, a US citizen, born in Florida. Yesterday, Saif was brutally beaten to death by Israeli settlers on his family's land. For 3 hours, a mob surrounded Saif and prevented the ambulance and paramedic from reaching him to deliver life-saving care.
