All woke people seem to be asking for is that we treat LGBT people with dignity and respect. And that we acknowledge and work to address the fact that disparities (in income, employment, wealth, incarceration, etc.) are a result of institutional bias and not innate inferiority.

Getting called a “dumb”, “cousin-fucking”, “terrorist” by a producer of a tv show you watch every week, and choosing to still watch that show is crazy to me.
This is eye opening… I wonder how different our country would be if the American public were able to more accurately answer these questions. Some of these are truly ridiculous!

Students, like everyone else, respond to incentives. The goal of education should be for students to learn and grow their knowledge base. Unfortunately, that’s not what students are incentivized to do. Instead, they’re incentivized to get high scores and good grades.
