Nothing can replace the excitement of a live classroom. But...during the pandemic I made several conscientious decisions to "liven" up my online lectures. I had 2 online TAs that subbed as volunteers for demos, I asked provocative Qs and highlighted replies, had AMA sessions.

Personal update: Had my last #MacIntroPsych lecture of the term last night and I'm treating myself this morning to a homemade Shakshuka pizza with bacon. That is all.
A "HiFlex" model of teaching that offers in- person and online options will require overcoming pedagogical challenges, but I'm convinced that creative planning and supporting resources can make this the standard model as we move forward to a new norm in university education.

As a #MCU noob, I jumped into #WandaVision and got mesmerized by the creativity. At e4, I accidently turned on voice-over description during the credits and assumed it was an interesting narrating choice that would soon be explained. By e6 I realized what I did🤔
