Just helped a friend to apply for Settled Status. #settledstatus The process took us over 2 hrs because UK Gov's computers couldn't "find" her after her over 50 years of paying taxes in the UK. She called it "a humiliating" experience.
Ain't it funny that we constantly need to tell computers what we mean (say, by using hashtags). Artificial Intelligence is not anywhere near as intelligent as we're made to believe. Thankfully so, I hasten to add.
