Vamos, @RafaelNadal!   As you get ready to graduate from tennis, I’ve got a few things to share before I maybe get emotional.   Let’s start with the obvious: you beat me—a lot. More than I managed to beat you. You challenged me in ways no one else could. On clay, it felt like I…

Between 2017 and 2022, about 2 crore women disappeared from the Indian workforce, leaving only 9% of the eligible population employed or looking for positions, - Bloomberg As a country we will NEVER be a developed nation if we don’t reverse this trend.

The most important thing that the best talent wants today is to work with best colleagues. Everything else is hygiene.

In a job interview - talk about your achievements, not your responsibilities. A product sells based on what it can do, not what it's supposed to.

From the day someone joins our team and gets comfortable, the first question they will pop apart from work will be: When are we meeting Nithin? Yesterday, Nithin was kind enough to take out time and meet everyone present at our Bangalore office.

How you define yourself matters. It changes your future skills and salary. Are you in 'business development' or 'sales'? 'Product' or 'concept' selling? #CreatingFutures #WordsMatter

Failure is guaranteed on a regular basis. Something will fail tomorrow if not today. Expect it. Prepare for it. Beats hoping or complaining.

You can switch a job, role or industry. Or stay. Choose again if it does not work. Don't worry. A single career choice does not lock-in the rest of your career.

In kite flying, the string matters more than the wind, to stay in control. In driving, the brake matters more than the gas pedal, to stay alive. In life, your family matters more than your job to stay alive and in control.

A boxing match has structure ,with rules and referees. Like a school or a salaried job. A street-fight has no structure and evolves as it goes. Like setting up a new business. A boxer or street-fighter is rarely good at both. Celebrate what YOU are good at.

If you are not curious, you do not grow much with experience. If you are curious, you grow your skills every year. If you are in a structured learning process, you grow your skills every month.

The market pays you for your strengths. But a school lets you graduate only if you overcome your weakness. Always invest in your strengths except where a weakness will not let you graduate. bit.ly/3DdIdwm

Do not walk in blind into a new job. Ask around and find the real trade-offs. Abusive boss? Toxic culture? Failing business? Know if you can handle it. bit.ly/3oGyCu6
