Still improving my #Python skills: coded an automated solver of the challenging "Numoku" puzzle published every week or so by @1to9puzzle. I used a #recursive method that fills in a square and checks, backtracking when it hits a conflict. #math #programming #problemsolving
The #Python program I've been working on all weekend now works for #Sudoku #puzzles. Here I'm applying it to the Sudoku problem on Project Euler. OK it's slow on some and times out on one or two. Thanks @pycharm and @ThePSF with ideas from @PeterNorvig @rtoal #math #programming
