Can we have an update on refunds please, was supposed to be flying tomorrow to Egypt but you cancled on 25th June. Was then told on the 2nd July, refund would be sorted within 3to5 working days. Unfortunately still not recieved refund or email to say when it’s likely to happen
1st April for me and still waiting!!!! Disgusting customer service
Ye well in June I didn’t take off and I’ve still not had a refund so also doesent look like I’ll be taking off anytime soon as you’ve got MY money !
Well I'm sure they all looked happy and smiling and so will I when you eventually give me my refund that i was told I was getting 5 weeks ago
I’ve sent you DM can you at least reply to our refund request before you put statements out like this then maybe we can have smiles on our faces 😖
3 hours waiting to get through to your call centre yesterday about my cancelled holiday and still no reply, disgraceful service!!
