We will be closing at 4pm today for New Year and will re-open at 8am on Thursday 2nd January. Happy New Year from all at MAS


We will be closing for Christmas at 4pm on Tuesday 24th December, re-opening at 8am on Saturday 28th December. Then we will close again at 4pm on Tuesday 31st December for New Year and will re-open at 8am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.


The MAS office will be closing at 6pm tonight, Saturday 14 December, for the teams Christmas Meal and will re-open at 8am tomorrow.


The maintenance work at our office today has been completed and we are now back up and running again. We apologise for this taking longer than planned. We are working through all the emails and text we have received while closed and will respond as quickly as possible.


We are currently closed while we have some emergency building maintenance carried out at the office this morning. We are told that this will take 30 minutes to 1 hour. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


Due to illness we are unable to run a full service after 4pm today - Wednesday 3rd July. Instead there will be an emergency only service 4pm to midnight. We will re-open as normal on Thursday 4th July at 8am and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We have received reports of musicians encountering problems when travelling with instruments on Lumo trains We are currently looking into the baggage/instrument policies across the different train operators in order to try to address these issues 🧵👇


More issues with Lumo Trains - A cellist inquired about buying an extra seat for her cello and has been told that they cannot allow her to take her cello on their trains, even if she booked it a seat.


WARNING: A client trying to board a Lumo train with a tuba was refused entry as it was considered too 'bulky'. This issue was not raised until the point he was about to board. Refusing to help him and parents with prams even when the British Transport Police intervened.
