aixbenedict.wordpress.com/2018/03/04/ame… @AmericanAir What's wrong with you? How dare you mistreat your passengers like this and try to pay off people with a voucher. I will not be flying in a company like yours and will make sure others do the same.
youtu.be/FLb9EIiSyG8 I found this video where Researchers take visual data from a cat's brain and compare the input and output image. The blurriness of the output image could be attributed to neural activity. Also, note the cat's expression throughout the video.
It is important to note that neural networks are meant to analyze data and patterns, rather than give strict predictions.
We can use this to predict the fluctuation of the worth of currency. The recent upsurge in cryptocurrency, for example, can be used as a good basis to predict whether the price will go up or down.

This is great to see more countries investing in this technology.
I'm really excited about the fact that they are trying to make this technology affordable so that more people can actually use it. From a translational perspective, this is very promising!

ieeexplore.ieee.org/abstract/docum… Hardware is usually thought of as needing to support special software algorithms, such as, neural networks. Reversely, this paper discusses how neural networks can help with power electronics and motor droves.
You can suppress neurons by hyperpolorizing them. Just push them further from the threshold with a negative pulse. We usuall ythink of electrical stimulation in terms of excitation but the opposite charge can suppress completely harmlessly. It's used to stop seizures

Sounds like they need some solid BCIs!
That would be very challenging. All these technologies are invasive and you have to have the electrode in the right place of the brain to receive the stimulation. One way would be to replace invasive technology by non-invasive ones and they are not as effective as the invasives.
Japan is unveiling a prototype to allow quantum computing over the internet, which would change the software development industry as a whole. simple programs may benefit from binary operation but complex, multi-faceted programs will see the new light of day with this advancement.
