Plus you cannot cancel ONLINE, you can buy online, you can operate your account online which is what @O2 & everyone makes you do but if you want to cancel you have to wait in a 40 mins phone queue. This is penalising the customer. @Ofcom sort it the hell out once & for all 😡🤬

@O2 customer services on the app & over the phone are useless. I mean, what have you got to do to speak to an advisor these days. Because I've been trying for days & I've had no joy whatsoever FML 🙄🤦🤷👀😳🤬
@DHLGlobal YOU HAVE MY PARCEL AND REQUESTED A PIN THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. @O2 I ordered this phone one month ago and have yet to receive it and you have still taken money out of my account for the bill for a phone I have not received. This is ridiculous.
Hi @O2 maybe you should employ more people in your exit dept! 2hrs waiting last night before we got disconnected & 3 hrs tonight ! Finally sorted but an unbelievable wait! Your ‘experts’ also struggle understanding the leaving process making it as difficult as possible to leave.
@O2 hi l have had a text message saying l have won a ticketmaster gift card and to follow the link in the email to claim it but l haven’t had an email and l need to claim it by tomorrow.

I have not been able to use my phone without WiFi. My data seems to not be working even though I have data. Been like this for 2 days and can’t get through to anyone on the phone!

@O2 I'm trying to phone on 202 and when it asks me if I am calling from the number I want to talk about it gives me the option of pressing 1 or 2 for yes and no, but when I press either number it says "sorry I don't understand" and hangs up. Is there a secret code to get through?
@O2 wth is happening your customer service??!! Messaging app says 52 minute wait. Been on hold for 20 minutes. Not good enough.
@O2 your service is terrible I shall cancel my DD if you can’t explain why I haven’t been able to get mobile data for the last month I’ve tried to contact you with no luck...don’t say use the app to contact you as I can’t ! I’m not paying for a service your not providing

They can legally do it, (not ethically) by giving us a 30-day window to leave - penalty free. (As they've breached contract) My household has all moved - hope @O2 live to regret their greed😄
