@O2 no, the escalation department are apparently calling my wife 'some time in the next 3 days'. Great service for a 10yr customer.
20 minutes in queue to talk to someone about an upgrade. Not a great incentive to get me stay @O2.
@O2 awful customer service and have been a customer over 15 years! Probably not for much longer.

During which time there is no offer of a decent replacement phone or a reduction in charges for the inability to use O2 services.
Did you know O2 require you to send your phone off for repair three times before they'll consider swapping it for a fault?
