It's a little complicated! Basically you need to *Sound of cars passing by* and then you have to restructure *Dogs barking and cats screeching* finally you infuse the matrix with *Helicopters and jet planes soaring overhead* but don't add too much salt or it can come out brittle!

So the other day I figured out how to create artificial dust. It's completely powerless sadly, but it LOOKS just like the real thing! Probably could sell it as novelty dust or something.
