European SESAR 3 project that will enable the safe accommodation of Innovative Air Mobility (IAM) in European Air Traffic Management (ATM) and U-Space.
Last week the OperA project Vertical Cluster hosted another simulated integration demonstration in Bristol to demonstrate how future technologies from Honeywell, Frequentis, and Skyports Infrastructure can be integrated into the Vertical Aerospace aircraft.

OperA Vertical cluster recently held a successful integration demo in Bristol to demonstrate how future functionalities from Honeywell, Frequentis, and Skyports Infrastructure can be integrated into the Vertical Aerospace aircraft to improve air traffic and flight plan management
👉Markus Bardach, the founder of the start-up skyzr belonging to the renowned Frequentis Group, together with Inga Jankunaite from the Lithuanian air navigation service provider, presented the OperA project during his session at the Fourth Nordics & Baltics Innovation Summit.
This week Honeywell and Frequentis teams are conducting GCS and USSP flight testing within OperA Solution B at Amstetten airfield in Austria. Read more: project-opera.eu/2024/06/18/gcs…

👉 Yesterday, OperA project coordinator Honeywell presented our project at the #DroneCon conference in Prague, which focuses on the latest developments in drone technology, and also participated in a panel discussion about the future of @IAM.
