@Parcel2Go when are you going to offer reasonable compensation for my lost parcel. I am a small business and sent a box of books to a client worth £134. It is lost and I’m informed that the best you can offer is £50!!!
@Parcel2Go my parcel states delivered yesterday... not sure where it was delivered because it wasn't to me!! Nicki was apparently the delivery driver... P2G134757875. My P2G is also not recognised on your website either. Where's my parcel?
@Parcel2Go I used your service to send an item back to Amazon for a refund. Amazon need to refund me the courier charge but they are refusing to do so unless I send them a receipt that includes Tracking ID and Shipment date. Can you provide me with this please.

@Parcel2Go #DXDelivery My next day delivery for last Wednesday still undelivered. But now I’ve to believe it mysteriously wasn’t scanned 3 times & actually was delivered. There’s just no evidence of that, no parcel & no refund. Treating me like a fool. Dreadful companies. Beware

@Parcel2Go CHANCERS Do not use this crowd. I've been waiting since mid Jan for a parcel 2 b collected + have been onto them a no. of times asking what the hold up is. No explanation just another rebook 4 them 2 have another day not to pick it up. And they have a block on refunds.
Are @Parcel2Go as inefficient as they appear to be? No phone number to call, help line online that is anything but helpful. How does “My parcel has not arrived” get the response “We’re sorry your parcel arrived damaged”.?
@Parcel2Go Why can't you just provide the real tracking number and why do you insist on hiding it behind a PG tracking number. You cause nothing but issues with eBay due to this. Please resolve. I need real numbers not your Pg proxy tracking
