Despite what we might feel we have seen worst of #MCA, unless we see #Extend_CFSS and #LLPSS I expect #MCA to repeat its performance of 30/31st December on due date this week. Are they not answerable to anyone?
#MCA has not worked properly for month but it can still get worse as last day is approaching. Everyone is working on Sunday and holiday and even then if they miss filing, still few wise man will come and say "why r u waiting till last day? you know MCA" Agree? #Extend_CFSS
What a professional can do if website doesn't work even on Sundays? It's not just uploading of forms but pre-scrutiny of forms, prefill and all other services which are available but cannot be used. #Extend_CFSS and save #MCA

This is what we are trying to highilight. LLP with no Turnover/No business may need to pay penalty for the tunes of 3.5 Lacs. Many start ups and MSMEs will not be able to pay these penalties and may close down. #Extend_CFSS
Now today, if you want to start operation in LLP and if you ask #CA or #CS to rectify pending work of #LLP that is started in 2017 with 10,000 capital, the fees they will quote would be Rs. 3,40,800 to file NIL returns/no change intimation. #Extend_CFSS (5/n)
