What immigration law? Alex Pretti is an American citizen. Minneapolis is entirely outside of the 100-mile border zone. He didn't obstruct a removal. He had a phone in his hand and helped a woman to her feet. He was beaten, pepper sprayed, disarmed and murdered by border patrol.
