average strava during a marathon build
I went from running only 2 years of XC in high school and barely exercising in my 20s to 6 straight marathon PRs under Dylan, in addition to a 69:44 half. Cannot recommend him enough as a coach.
A look at what the FrontRunner lads have been up to this month. We're really building something cool here. Almost entirely d3 guys (a couple d2) with a combined 0 all-american certificates, running really fast now and chasing big goals
One of my college roommates was drawing very detailed pictures of all of us for his art class and then he asked if I wanted one and I said sure, then he went into his room for an hour and came back with this
i hate when im in first place at the bell, primed to win, and my opponents resort to nefarious kicking tactics
just saw a video where a dude said he 'discovered' a 'new' interval workout and proceeded to describe alternating running 3 mins fast and 1 minute slow. after describing the most basic workout style ever he said "let me know what you guys think of it"
my friend got dumped and was sad so he ran a half marathon in a culdesac and now hes better. lesson in that.
I'm at the race expo in disguise reading my competitor's palms and telling them it's sadly gonna be a dnf. You gotta win the mental game.
In the lead pack 20 miles deep asking everyone their rose bud and thorn for the day
strava post: this was the worst race of my life. i felt horrible from the gun and if the race director had any sympathy at all he would have put me out of my misery during the 3rd mile. First comment: insane pace brother 💪🔥 🏆
Just got upset after making up 'guy who doordashes gels to mile 16 of his long run' in my head
I prefer to go the way of the noble person, training a ton for a marathon and then not finishing it anyways
The whole trend of "I ran a marathon without training" is a resurgence of millennial-esque detachment. A move for heckin' runnerinos. Embrace the vulnerability of training for something and putting effort in.
tracksmith models loveee to stand barefoot on a dirt road holding their Eliots in their hands. They literally cannot stop doing it.
Been getting really into eating pierogi in bed whenever Katie isn't home
