I have been a paying customer of @OpenAI @ChatGPTapp service for 11 months, and I have been documenting a systemic pattern of misconduct, abuse, and deception. I have exhausted all private support channels.

I filed a formal complaint with @BBBTriCounties about @OpenAI. They reached out twice on my behalf. OpenAI ignored both attempts. This is the response I got. Thank you for confirming everything I’ve been saying. @ChatGPTapp @USAGov @FTC @AGMaryland @CalAGRobBonta @TheMarkup
