what's a better custody assumption 1) a rollup (like @AlpenLabs) with a BitVM instance. upgrade mechanism is executable by a federation (6/9 let's say) and is bound to a timelock 2) statechain (like @spark) where the statechain entity with a 3/3 signing threshold
