H.S. Coaches. If 80% of your team has shin splints you should realize that Cross Country practice is not the way to approach Pre-Season for BASEBALL games. Also, if you tell everyone you only have Big League coaches you should prob not leave this up to the only coach not MLB 👍🏻

Pitching coaches its ok to teach pitching. Be proud of that foundational pillar. Dont let modern trend or new wave tech deter you from foundational principles. Stay strong in your philosophy, use new stuff as needed. We need to 🛑 stigmatizing teaching of the art. Tired act.

120 feet is a GREAT distance to Long Toss.........for about a 7 year old. Puts things in perspective regarding the "state" of your Arm if u are in HS, College or Pro Ball, & someone is putting RESTRICTIONS on you, ie, a 120 feet. Just doing the Math. #Throw2Grow #StretchItOut
