We're aware of some issues accessing our site at the moment. Working hard to get it back online ASAP!
Our systems were brought back online a couple of hours ago, and hasn't caught fire since, so we're marking this issue resolved! ✅

We just re-launched our website. We’ll have to monitor the situation to see if everything works as expected. There might be short periods of downtime over the day to adjust things. If everything is okay, the app will be back online very soon as well. Thank you for your patience.
Unfortunately we've ran into some problems with the new setup and have to postpone the re-launch until tomorrow morning. We're incredibly sorry for the delay. We'll do everything we can to make sure this kind of downtime doesn't happen again in future.
Update: We got the website/app up and running internally. We’re now testing everything before we open it up for everyone again.
Our server provider is experiencing an incident in one of their datacentres which is affecting RLG. Unfortunately we have no ETA but have been assured that the situation will be resolved as soon as possible. We will post here on twitter as soon as it's resolved!
A serious fire has destroyed a datacenter which hosts some of our services. According to the provider everybody over there is safe! We're working to restore our backups elsewhere, but the downtime will continue well into today. We'll keep you posted - sorry for any inconvenience.
