@TMobile reps AND supervisors hang up or transfer customers as soon as they realize the issue is not a slam dunk. I had a T-Mobile rep transfer HIS OWN COWORKER back to tmobile. Even this man, despite his best effort cracked and lost it on a 3-way call. How am I supposed to win?
@TMobile , you should be ashamed of yourselves. My mother dedicated 20 years of her life to your company, and this is how you repay her? After two decades of hard work and loyalty, she deserved better.
