There's actually a pretty simple reason for this...nobody plans to take a dump at a public restroom anywhere. If they find they have to take a shit that tends to mean it was unexpected and what kind of poop tends to be unexpected?
People really do come into the grocery store bathroom and take the craziest sloppiest shits that go everywhere for some reason
Some time ago I became aware of this guy for being irritating and after a few more instances of him popping up I became convinced all of this is an act. The amount of info he let's out about himself that you couldn't torture genuine losers to confess did it for me.
I will lovingly continue making games for nobody thank you very much. (I'm not disregarding our appreciators, I'm just steadfast to my commitment to never do market research)

My favorite take in his interviews is when he said that he doesn't agree with people that says "gameplay is the only thing that matters". That visuals are a big part of a game too, since it's a "visual medium". Both complements each other. A lesson for some hipsters here
