Last night I ate my first 3-D constructed steak, made entirely from plants, at the great Chouchou restaurant in Stockholm. It's astonishing. The texture's exactly right and the taste is excellent. This is *before* we have precision fermented proteins, encapsulated fats and heme.

When I was in tk maxx I found they have this incredible slogan "always up to 60% off" which manages to say absolutely nothing about the prices of their stock. Another great use of "up to" here

LBC journalist Charlotte Lynch was arrested whilst reporting on a Just Stop Oil protest, and spent five hours in a prison cell. This is British press freedom in 2022.

journalists should be free to document protests and actions without harassment and arrest. this in combination with pre-arrests of activists and the continued passage of anti-protest legislation through parliament should deeply concern us all.
