We've confirmed with Roblox officials that this feature and the screenshot attached are not real.
Sounds cool in concept but would be highly abused and lead to mass bot reporting if real.
A bit of common sense and any semblance of the manner in which Roblox operates would have also led one to this conclusion.

Wouldn’t that be such a cool move by Roblox? It would be a decent effort and motivation for people to help report bad stuff and to keep the platform safer.
Imagine though that would actually get people to report bad actors might even work if it was a real thing
I wish they'd give us Robux everytime we report someone, lt'd motivate more ppl to report ones who are in the wrong. But at the same time people could abuse this so I see clearly why it's not a feature. But if they could prevent people from abusing it——it'd be a good feature. 🙏
I wonder why people are making fake screenshots like this, from one side, they’re making people report others and expect a reward from this. And from the other side they’re just completely clickbaiting people.

this update might be a disaster because greedy users could abuse this and false report innocent users
you can make the least convincing hoax ever and people will still believe it. i wonder if they intentionally make it look fake or if they just don’t know how to make it look real
