Nationwide Reports of Brief 911 System Outages, Cause Not Immediately Clear
Law enforcement agencies across the country reported brief outages of their 911 systems Monday night, and it was not immediately clear if there was a connection with a major Microsoft system outage....

This internet problem affecting website accessiblity, failure of two factor authentication requests and VPN links not reachable. There are no current work arounds for this issue. Internet providers, including Rogers, Bell and Beanfield are impacted by the CenturyLink/L3 issue.
A large scale Internet outage started at approximately 6am EST is impacting network services in North America and Europe. It is believed to be related to a network problem at one of the world’s largest internet providers – CenturyLink/L3.
