Hard to solve homelessness when some think it's a personal choice, not a policy failure.
How are housing and health inextricably linked? An unhoused patient has health care costs 7x higher than housed individuals. And people without housing typically live nearly 20 years less. Housing is a matter of human dignity and sound economics.
There are currently no plans to accommodate the growing numbers of these individuals. Most will outlive their caretaking exhausted parents. You should be ashamed @MichaelParsa .
