A haunted house, but randomly steak and lobster is being served in the DFAC
A haunted house, but it’s clearing installation on a Friday before a long weekend.
People who haven’t seen a barracks room, motor pool, or DFAC in years keep talking about what the Army “needs.” Maybe do an undercover boss type program & understand you don’t know what you’re talking about.
Update: reached out to the installation and letting them know
Our service members deserve better than this. I’m not saying they need to live like the Kardashians but they should at least have doors that aren’t growing an ecosystem or AC unit that require a mop bucket to catch dripping condensation.
It’s wild some Installations could be pushing out meals like this and others throw up a kiosk. Shout out to @usaghawaii
Anonymous feedback and honest feedback can both be true. We see that with ICE, Command Climate Surveys, and the recent Unaccompanied Housing Survey — all anonymous. If you dismiss anonymous feedback as dishonest, then you’d have to dismiss those mechanisms too. Yes, Hots&Cots is…
My question was: what mechanism will be used to collect feedback? “We’re not looking for anonymous feedback. We’re looking for honest feedback from the soldiers at those five locations and then contract oversight. We’re going to be responsible for holding them accountable,” Sgt.…
These are the issues service members are wanting fixed and I'm looking forward to seeing what can be accomplished under @SecWar and the barracks task force. We owe it to them to have quality living conditions.
🚨Huge announcement!🚨 I just got off the phone with a member of the Barracks Task Force that @SecWar announced and we’re in talks to explore how Hots&Cots can fit into the effort. Hots&Cots has been invited to join an upcoming call with the broader Task Force. One thing they…
HE JUST BROKE THE RECORD AGAIN. 4:54.48. TWICE IN ONE DAY WTF
I VOLUNTEER AS TRIBUTE! How do we get involved? Hots&Cots already has the platform to track barracks issues directly from the source the servicemembers living in them. @SecWar, I’ll be in D.C. this Sunday for AUSA and would love the opportunity to meet and talk about how we…
Our warfighters deserve the best. That is why we are announcing the new Barracks Task Force.

MY MOM IS SENDING ME PICS OF MY FAVOURITE FOODS AND RAGEBAITING ME
gay as fuck
Gotta know it before you can practice it.
We can’t have the message, back to basics. Fit not fat @SecDef and continually provided meals like this. Boxed breakfasts being served to Soldiers aren’t fueling readiness. 🍩 70–80% carbs & sugar 🥩 ~3–6g protein (should be 20–30g) 🥤 Juice = sugar crash in 1–2 hrs Maybe good…
Another day and another poor breakfast meal. On top of that Soldiers staying at the armories are being directed to get food at JBAB however POVs & GSA vehicles are limited. Just another barrier for feeding our Soldiers.
I’m hearing this might be “second breakfast” if you can't make the first one maybe because of shift work...mileage may vary. But let’s be real: at no point should this pass as a meal for Soldiers pulling long shifts in DC. The @USArmy and @DCGuard1802 had the chance to showcase…
Now this is a simple military evaluation report I can get behind. The rated officer is Omar Bradley. His rater is George Patton. His senior rater is Dwight Eisenhower. There is beauty in simplicity, isn’t there? My my… how we have complicated things. @stuartscheller
