Some thoughts I had talking myself out of getting a diagnosis: “They’ll laugh at me & tell me I’m just lazy” “I’ll probably just exaggerate and make them think I have ADHD” “I just wasn’t trying hard enough” “Others have it much worse, I’m just looking for an easy way out”
